Paypal doesn't have address

Payments via the PayPal plugin are working perfectly, but if I go into paypal to purchase postage, the user's address is not populating. I've used PayPal for a long time to do shipping, and its usually there.

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to fix this? Or any suggestions on other options for purchasing printable postage quickly from HikaShop?

It simply depends on how you configure the "no shipping" and the "address override" settings of the PayPal payment method in HikaShop.
