Paypal standard payment plugin mobile checkout

My online store works perfectly on mobile. But when a customer buys a product using an android mobile (i.e HTC one), he is redirected to the desktop version of Paypal, and not the mobile version of Paypal checkout

Do you have any solution to this ?
I don't want to use the paypal express plugin.

As far as I know PayPal standard has no option for HikaShop to change the layout of the payment page to a mobile one.
So you'll have to talk with PayPal.
HikaShop supports many different APIs of PayPal so at least some should be fine for your needs.
