The servired plugin has not been developed by the HikaShop team ; so we do not have any documentation or test account.

We don't speak Spanish and don't have a test account so we can't read your documentation and even if we could, we wouldn't be able to test any change. It's not possible to change anything ourselves in these conditions.
I would recommend to contact info@webemus.com
Maybe they already developed a new version of the plugin in order to support the changes made by Servired.
If you want to modify the plugin yourself, that's not a problem. You can open the file plugins/hikashoppayment/servired/servired.php and change the code there.

Then , an online store that uses Hikashop can not use the payment method most requested by users such as the card payment ?

I have made a new version that uses the new SHA256 encryption.
