Returns user points on order cancelled/refunded

Hi, how can I set the plugin to retruns the points used to pay on order cancelled/refunded ?

Hi,

In the plugin "payment / user points" method, you can activate the setting "Give back points on cancellation".
For the order created when that setting is enable, it will set a specific "order product" in the database.

Then, the plugin "hikashop / user_points" will detect the order status modification and will give or take back the points depending the order status.
The plugin will use the HikaShop setting "invoice order statuses" in order to know which order statuses are valid (and the other statuses will be consider as invalid, like "cancelled" or "refunded").

Thanks, exactly what i should config? And how ?

i setted "invoice order status" to order confirmed, but nothing changed, if I switch the order status from confirmed to cancelled or refundend, the script doesn't give the points back, why ?

Please confirm that the order that you're trying to cancel right have a discount code with the format "POINTS_............."

I really suggest you to use the "user points" payment plugin in the "virtual coupon" mode and to add in the checkout workflow the special "user points" block.
If you do not have that block available while configuring your checkout workflow, please edit the plugin "hikashop / userpoints" in the Joomla plugin manager in order to activate that feature.

ok, using the virtual coupons the poins refund seems to work, but the plugin no more shows the payments switch , always use the points. Why ?

Because the mode "virtual coupon" generate a discount directly in the cart/order.
If you want to let your customer decide if he want to use or not the points ; the best is to add the block "user points" in your checkout workflow.

By editing the plugin in the Joomla side (in the joomla plugin manager) you will access to some specific settings, like the activation of that checkout block or a setting to determine if you want to use the point by default (or not).

really thank you, there was some little wrong settiing in the joomla plug ing settings. Now all works like a charm. Last things, how can I translate the "user points" block? i don't know why but it is displayed in english.
