Paypale Express not sending order creation emails

Hi,
my customer is complaing that she no longer gets order creation emails from paypal express orders, she still does for cash on collection orders so the settings haven't changed there.

What is controlling admin emails from paypal express order creation? and how do I make sure she gets them

Hi,

The order admin notification is sent automatically when the order is created, as long as it is enabled via the menu System>Emails and that you didn't empty the "order admin notification email address" setting of the Joomla configuration.
So please check that this is not the case.
