Order status keep created after pay

-- HikaShop version -- : 2.6.3
-- Joomla version -- : 3.4.7

Hi Team,

I used Alipay for the payment gateway. When my customer finish the payment, the order status in backend is still show "created", not confirmed.

The Default order status setting is: created; confirmed order status setting is: confirmed.

I am not sure what is missing.

In order to help you, can you provide these elements :
- Can you provide a screenshot of your configuration payment plugin ?
- Do you process some tests with the sandbox mode ?
- Are you sure that your plugin received payment notification ?

Note : If you don't know about payment notification point, process some test (with sandbox mode) AND with Debug mode switch On.
