Your first screenshot is not a screenshot of the invoice that you can print in HikaShop.
The invoice you can print is available via the "invoice" button when you edit an order in your backend.
This invoice can be edited via the menu Display>Views by opening the file "invoice" of the view "order" for your backend template there.

On your screenshot is an order email notification. These can be edited via the menu System>Emails with the Business edition of HikaShop.
If you want to attach a PDF invoice to emails, you want to use this plugin:

There is no ready-made solution either way to get the result you're talking about. Everyone uses its own design for invoices and there is not one invoice format which can work for everyone.
