Hikashop and Autorize.net problem with API/AIM

im facing serious problem with Hikashop and autorize.net payment method... after few days site where i work on need to go live, and today i tried to configure payment method but i noticed issues.

Im trying to configure API/AIM option that offer authorize.net plugin, but with that selected when i add some product to cart and i go to the checkout process in order to pay for that, and im choosing Credit Card (authorize.net), and nothing happens. If i go to FINISH with credit card selected(and AIM active), im receiving this error:

"Message
Please fill your credit card information"

But there is not any fields on that page where i can insert credit card information.

In case if is selected from API/SIM, when i try to select credit card payment method, first page is reloaded, and after that if i press FINISH im redirected to authorize.net external page, where i can complete payment. BUT this is not what my client want.

If needed i can provide login information in order to check how that works.

Also im facing another issue, im using hika essentials, but i can find any place where i can edit invoices that are sent to client, and invoices to site administrator. Actually im not even sure if Hikashop send them at all.

These are final two issues that i must complete, otherwise your component works great and looks great.

Hi,

1. So either you've removed the "payment" view from the "checkout workflow" setting of the Hikashop configuration (it's its role to display the credit card form...), or you have some javascript or CSS issue on that page prevently the credit card form from displaying.

2. HikaShop doesn't send an invoice to the customer by default. It sends order notification emails.
If you want the system to send PDFs of the invoices in attachments to the order confirmation email, you can do that with this plugin:

Without that plugin, you can edit the file "invoice" of the view "order" for your backend template via the menu Display>Views to change the invoice you can print in your backend.
With the plugin, you can edit the file plugins/hikashop/attachinvoice/attachinvoice/invoice.php to change the look of all the invoices.

Hi,

I've checked your website and the problem comes from your template...
It has the CSS:
#hikashop_checkout_page .hikashop_payment_methods_table .hikashop_checkout_payment_ccinfo {
display: none;
}
in the file /templates/shaper_organic_life/css/template.css and this hides the credit card info area. So it was indeed one of the potential culprit I had pointed at in my first answer. Remove that CSS and it will display.
