User point collection when checkout

Hi

I want to design user point collection program for customer who purchase product and can collect the point for discount.
And I follow the document here www.hikashop.com/support/documentation/2...57-using-points.html

But the user point still not appear when checkout.

Also want to know how to show user point when user don't have any point yet.

The attachment are my setting which according to documentation.

Hi,

You're custom field has the column name "user_point" while if you read the documentation, you can see that it should be "user_points".
It's probably why it doesn't work at all since the system can't find the custom field it should use.

After testing, I try to purchase things and collect the point, I purchase and paid, but when I purchase another things and went into checkout page, it still told me"You don't have points. ".

How long will it take to receive point after payment.

Please check that the order right have the "confirmed" status and that have an invoice number.
The plugin will give (or take backà points based on the "invoice order statuses" setting of HikaShop :
www.hikashop.com/support/documentation/5...nfig.html#main_order

You can check the user points value directly in the backend HikaShop customer listing.
Thanks to the interface, you can also give manually points by editing the field value (and check that the points are right display in the checkout afterwards).
The plugin have also setting in the Joomla part ; where you can configure what kind of points you want to display in the checkout module.

Can user input the amount of point they want to use in this purchase just under the point information area as attachment show in red.

For instance, if customer now have 60 points but they just want to use 20 points in this order.

And can they just type the point they want to use just under the points information area as attachment color by red area instead of apply point in payment page with all point need to use.

It is not possible yet to customer to enter the number of points they want to use but it is something we have in our TODO list for a future improvement.
But the customer can choose if he want to use his points or not.
