Stripe white page after order is processed

after the order is completed and processed by Stripe we get a blank page or an error like the one in the bellow image.

Hi,

Could you try again after activating the error reporting and debug mode settings of the Joomla configuration ?
Do you get an error message with more information on that page ?
Otherwise, could you look in the PHP error log of your web server for the error message corresponding to that page ?

I get this error:

0 Class 'Sh404sefFactory' not found



Once I've disabled the sh404SEF everything is working perfectly like in the following image:
