Hi all,
I want to confirm that we are understanding Hikashop's process when working with Paypal. I imagine there are others who hit this same problem. We sell downloads and licenses and, we only finalize the process with "confirmed' wherein the customer gets access to the download or license.
Most often when we get a Paypal order, the status is flagged as "created" and the money has been transmitted to our Paypal account.
Fairly often, we get orders in which the status is flagged as "created", yet no money appears.
I suspect that what is happening is that Hikashop only flags the process 'going into' paypal and not the confirmation of payment. In which case, we can't be certain that a payment has occurred without checking. Is this correct? It would be very helpful to get a confirmation on this.
