Internal 500 error when checkout with points

Dear we hit above error when using AUP point as checkout payment, may we know what should we do or any misconfiguration of our setting?

Hello,

It looks like your using the "UserPoints" plugin in the mode which create a coupon (and not in "virtual coupon" mode).
Please comment the line 463 of the plugin, it will avoid the fatal error and it should work properly.

Yes, you are right, the error gone when we turn on "virtual coupon"

However we do not wish coupon to be generated, even if we comment out the line the coupon is still generated, and after commenting the line we can not lead to checkout finish page, is that something wrong?

It is normal that the coupon is still generated when you remove that line. That line should just not be there with the new cart system of HikaShop 3, and removing that line was only to fix that error message.

Regarding the fact that the coupon is still generated, that's because you have the virtual coupon turned off. If you turn it off, the system won't create a coupon, it will display as a coupon on the checkout, but it won't be a real coupon, hence the "virtual coupon" name.

Regarding the finish page, I can't say if it's related to the points or not, or why. We would need more information, on how your checkout is configured, how your points plugins are configured, a link to the shop and the steps to reproduce the problem. Also do you have the problem with other payment methods like bank transfer ? Do you have the problem with the default template of Joomla ? Any error message when you do that test ?

You can reproduce the problem as below

Turn off/on virtual coupon (both lead to the same)- > address -> select a shipping method -> select a payment method (point method if virtual is off) - > finish hit -> and it will direct back to "address" -> shipping method -> and now payment method will left with other option and finally we can checkout)

That's not precise enough. We don't know how your checkout or points are configured.
You say "and it will direct back to "address"" but with a default install of HikaShop, there is no redirect. The checkout is all ajax in one step. So we don't know what is the problem nor why.
Again, please provide the information I asked about:
