Issue with Point payment

Dear support,

We tried to make payment with "pay with point" method and we got error 500.
And we checked the error log and we got this error:

PHP message: PHP Fatal error: Call to a member function onPaymentSave() on boolean in /home/xxxxxxx/web/xxxxxx.com/public_html/components/com_hikashop/controllers/checkout.php on line 1229" while reading response header from upstream

Can you guide us to solve this error?

That error is impossible with HikaShop 3.1.1
There is no call to onPaymentSave in the file components/com_hikashop/controllers/checkout.php since HikaShop 3.0.0
So I suppose that you must be using HikaShop 2.x (which version exactly ?).
Looking at the code in HikaShop 2.6.4, this would indicate that the file plugins/hikashoppayment/userpoints/userpoints.php is missing or is empty, or has been modified in some way.
Could you check on that ?
