Payment Sense Plugin not changing successful order to Confirmed

Hi,

When we get a successful payment via hosted paymentsense gateway the order status doesn't change to confirmed? We have checked setting and have an SSL on the site. What else can we do to work out the issue please?

Please contact the developer of the payment plugin if it isn't provided by us as we don't know how the payment plugin was done.
