There is no mcrypt_encrypt call in HikaShop itself.
I checed your website and it seems that you're using a "redsys" payment plugin. I suppose that the function call comes from that payment plugin. So you should contact the developer of that payment plugin for help as we don't know how the code of the plugin is.
