Hello Giora,

Can you check that the "Allow payment notifications from PayPal" option is set to "Yes" through your paypal configuration page via "Hikashop->System->Payment methods".

That option should stay on unless you don't want that PayPal confirms automatically the orders on your website so that you can do it manually yourself.

No, for your option name there must be a key translation that are empty in your translation or maybe a typo in your file but this won't impact your payment plugin process.

In order to progress on your subject can you :
1. Active your debug mode
2. Process some tests by creating order with your payment plugin in sandbox mode
3. Send your log file via our Contact us form

I get your log file, if I follow you well, you confirm that your order with the order id = 18 isn't muted to confirmed ?
If yes, I really don't understand how it's possible, and so we need to see more.

Can you provide some user frontend AND backend access references (with all access) in order to process some tests directly on your website ?

Hi,

You have the "Enable validation mode" setting activated in your PayPal payment method.
In such case, after the payment is done, you need to go in your PayPal merchant account and validate the payment so that the payment notification is then received by HikaShop and the order is confirmed.
So can you confirm that you validated the payments after receiving them ? Otherwise, it's normal that your orders are not confirmed.
