Guest login for PayPal cancels payment if user has a PayPal account

Does anyone else have this problem?
If a customer chooses to use PayPal as a guest but their email is registered with an exist PayPal account, it automatically cancelled the order in Hika and the payment doesn't go through.

I know this is probably a PayPal issue but I just want to check if other users have experienced similar issues and have any suggested workarounds. We have added a note to the Payment Method description telling users not to enter their PayPal user email if they don't intend to log in. However, it's not that obvious.

If the payment doesn't go through on PayPal, then it's normal that the order gets cancelled in HikaShop.
However, I don't see why the email address having a PayPal account or not would change anything with PayPal cancelling the payment or not.
But yes, you'll probably have to check with PayPal's merchant support about why the payment was refused.
