PHP8 stops confirmed status from Worldpay plugin

Can you confirm that you're able to reproduce the problem with a new user account ?
Are you also able to reproduce the issue with another payment method ?

I have just created and submitted two orders (on the live server with real money); one on PayPal as a guest, status backend confirmed, came back to website, cart cleared. WorldPay, guest with a different unique/guest email address, backend status confirmed, cart not cleared.

So definitely and issue with the WorldPay plugin under PHP8.2 I can no longer set PHP back to 7.4 as I have upgraded Some Regular Labs components and plugins which will break Joomla 4 under PHP 7.4
i couldn't use my test environment on the other server as this needs to be rebuilt as I removed all plugins that were not core

What is the URL you end up on at the end for each one ?
Could you provide a screenshot of the settings of the WorldPay payment method (you can blur sensitive info) ?

What's strange is that it's not the payment plugin clearing the cart. It's HikaShop doing that on the "after_end" URL where the payment plugin redirects to at the end. So the version of PHP used shouldn't change anything to the problem, and I don't see why you would have the problem only with WorldPay.

Sorry to open up this old problem again!
I've just migrated to another server, and everything is okay except for the fact the Worldpay orders are not getting confirmed, they are staying as created again on live transactions even though they are accepted in WorldPay? But when I switch to test mode they are set to confirmed!
Any ideas, I haven't gone live yet as this will affect the site.
Not getting any error messages...
