PayPal Plugin showing Blank on Checkout

Hi,
When using PayPal latest plugin, a blank form is show once clicking on "FInish" at checkout page as shown in "pic1-paypal.jpg".
The login form for PayPal is only shown once you move on desktop as shown in pic2-paypal.jpg (blank on mobile). This is preventing our client from paying especially when using mobile to shop.
Any suggestion?

Please note that I have disabled the new PayPal plugin and revert back to the old now so our clients are able to pay for their purchases.

That's probably a problem with the Joomla HTTP Headers plugin:

Change the setting "Cross-Origin-Opener-Policy" of the HTTP Headers system plugin in order to fix the problem.

Currently, the option for "Cross-Origin-Opener-Policy" is set to same-origin. The other three options are:
1 - Disabled
2 - Same-origin-allows-popup
3 - unsafe-none
Which one would be best?
