Global Pay Payment Method

Hi,

We are in the process of switching banks and need to update the payment method on our website. We need to use Global Pay, and they have informed us they have an integration to HikaShop ( developer.globalpay.com/cart/hikashop?rid=75 ) but we cannot find any payment methods, plugins, or documentation relating to Global Pay.

Please can you advise how to get this installed and setup.

Thank you.

Hi,

As far as I know, there are no Global Pay payment plugin for HikaShop.
But if they developed it on their end, then you need to check with them what's the situation.
We'll be happy to add their integration with HikaShop to the list of available payment plugins for HikaShop.

2 years ago, someone asked us about such a plugin here: www.hikashop.com/forum/5-support-en-fran...lugin-globalpay.html
At the time, we also said there was no plugin as far as we knew but that one could be developed following the documentation on:
www.hikashop.com/support/documentation/6...ntation.html#payment
So maybe someone developed it in the mean time. But in that case, they didn't contact us to tell us about it.

Hi Nicolas
Thank you for the information.

Our contact at Global Pay has said they would like to work with you to help complete an integration. What would be the best way for them to contact you to arrange this?

Hi,

Thanks for your feedback on this. That's a great news !
The best is for them to contact us by email at: contact AT hikashop DOT com
We'll direct their email to the person who we be able to answer them appropriately.

That's great, thanks Nicolas. Somebody will be in touch with you soon.
