Can't make payment

Tried every method to pay for a payment plugin.

Most won't work, load with an error page, and PayPal requires me to create an account.
Which I refuse to do

Hi,

It seems that you're talking about a purchase on our website. I can see that you selected the "PayPal AND Credit Card AND other payment methods offered by PayPal" payment method during our checkout. If you don't want to use a PayPal account, and other payment methods offered by PayPal don't work for you, I would recommend selecting instead the "Credit card" payment method. This way, the payment will go through another payment gateway which will only require your credit card.

Well, I can only think that there is a problem with your credit card. We've had other users purchase on our website with their credit card and it worked fine.

Can you maybe check with your bank that there is no problem with your credit card ?

What error messages did you get ?

Unfortunately, I'm afraid we can't do anything about this on our end.
This error indicates that PayPal's security mechanism flagged the funding source (your credit card) for the payment you're trying to make.
I think PayPal usually blocks payments with a credit card once it has been used too much without being linked to a PayPal account, in order to force you to create a PayPal account.
If you can't make the payment with a credit card and you don't want to create a PayPal account, the only option left would be to send us a bank transfer in euros. I've activated the payment by bank transfer for countries outside the EU. You should be able to select this payment method on our checkout now.

Asking around with those outside EU last night.

Many apps cannot be purchased by those of us outside the EU

I checked both of my banks and they have no issues with EU card payments.
I used another credit card and it too was declined, so cancelled my orders

Sorry for all the trouble. Note that it's not us blocking anything. But banks / payment gateways and their security mechanisms can be quite strict...
It's too bad PayPal doesn't make it easier and kinda forces you to open a PayPal account above a certain threshold.

Not your fault but now my issue

PayPal owe me $5k USD and refuse to allow me to withdraw for over 5 years.

Luckily I have 10 live domains and used another to set up with my wife's details.

Some of this "security" is BS and all about control not security

What's worse is I'm now getting about 5 emails a day from them ... not secure at all.
