Customers having issues registering/purchasing

We have been advised by one of our customers that an error occurs during the purchase process. At the point where the customer is asked to register this error occurs -

"PHPMAILER_RECIPIENTS_FAILED" and no purchase can be made

That might happen in previous versions of HikaShop: www.hikashop.com/en/support/forum/4-how-...addresses.html#15736
You can either apply the fix explained on that thread or update HikaShop to 1.5.1 in order to solve the problem.

Tried to upgrade the version but getting this message -

-1 - An error has occurred.
It was not possible to copy the selected file.

It's a problem with your server/joomla configuration and a problem with HikaShop. Please look at these pages of the joomla documentation:
