I set the Ordering Field in this Contents Menu

www.hidesign.it/it/catalogo

But nothing changes in every cases.

Yes was turned off!
If I turn it on, the random option work correctly...

The product_hit column was always 0 so far. So setting the ordering column to that in your menu's options won't do anything.
You should choose between the columns product_name or ordering or product_created...
