Issues uploading pictures for products

For some reason when I try and upload a picture for a product, the picture is not uploaded and in place is my Hika control panel. I've uploaded a screen shot.

That might happen because of a javascript error on the page. Please look at the javascript error console of your browser once the popup opened to see if you have any error messages and copy/paste them to us.
