Hi,

As I turn the standard joomla SEF URL on, all the Hikashop settings of the menu item disappear. Besides, the modules I assigned to the menu won't show up anymore.

Hi,

That means that in the hikashop options of your modules, you didn't set a valid hikashop category listing menu for the "menu" option.
