Bug: changing order of shipping methods

Using HikaShop manual shipping plugin, when I change the order of the shipping methods by typing in values and pressing the floppy disk drive at the top of the column, it causes all the shipping methods to be duplicated. They are also placed in an apparently random order which makes deleting them a real pain if you have lots of shipping methods.

That's a bug which was corrected in the latest version 1.5.4. You can update if you want to fix that problem.
