can't delete products and state won't show was created by bobspurlock
hello, I am using the version 1.5.0, version and on my shopping cart when you add a product and then you want to delete it, it won't allow it. also I am using the unites states as the main country and the state will not appear at all. I upgraded to latest version and the same thing happened. This all happened after I upgraded it to your last version.

sounds identical to my issue which I described a couple of minutes ago in another post. No button in the checkout process works anymore. Does our order buttons still work at least?

now, I managed to delete the products in the cart, but i do not get the buttoms when is says procee to check out.
what version are you using ? now, I gotta work to display the state of the country where the order goes.

i like using this shopping cart. we have to websites already but after i upgraded it to the lastest version, some glitches began like not showing the states

what is your website address ? I am getting all the buttons at the end. go to configuration and see there. make sure your shopping cart is enabled it too.

Could you try to download again the install package from our server and install it on your website again ?
Does that solve the problem ?
If not, could you activate the debug mode in the joomla configuration and try again ? Do you get any error message in that case ?

hi, it did not solve the problem. i just downloaded the latest version and nothing happens.
the state will not appear. only the united states appear. here is my link

That problem is a SEF problem.
If you deactivate the SEF it will work.
For example that URL is working:
batasrobes.com/index.php?option=com_hika...tates_of_America_223

but the SEFed URL is not:
batasrobes.com/twill-spa-robes/checkout/...tates_of_America_223
What are you using to do the SEF on your website ?

hello, i unplished it and still does not work.

i brought back the site again. I delete everything, i installed joomla again and then the hikashop and now i get the same problem.

also you can not delete a product after you place it on the shopping cart
