Address input areas don't display in checkout

Hello,

Have an odd issue with the addresses in Checkout not displaying all of a sudden.

It's been working fine.

While I was playing around with the Checkout Workflows, after making one change to the workflow order, it stopped working. Can't seem to get it to display again.

I've attached what I'm seeing, as well as my configs.

Any ideas what I might try?

The login and address views work together. You need both in your workflow.
