Install problems often happen with Joomla. It is either because of access rights not set correctly or because of memory/execution time limitations from your hosting company.
First, you should check that you have correct access rights on the folders of HikaShop ( you could set then to 777 temporarily while you do the update ) and then try to install via FTP ( this reduces the load on the server as joomla doesn't have to unzip the package ) :
