problem with import of letters like à é ë ö was created by beeldstudio

Hi Hika, we have a bug with importing with CSV import of characters like 'à é ë ö.

The characters are not visable after import but they are good in the CSV.

What could be a solution for this?

Hi,

It's a problem of format encoding. Please make sure that you select the correct encoding format in the interface before importing your CSV file.
