Do not redirect to shop after payment made

Hello,

I have installed WebToPay payment module.

When payment is made, payment system do not redirect buyer to my eshop.
I asked them where is the problem and they said, that they send payment information to my server and should get an aswer OK, but now they get answer 'WebToPayException: Can't verify SS2 for public.key'

WebToPay support say that their system understand that it did not informed about payment and try again (after hour, ect.)

Is there a possibility to solve this problem?
Maybe it is the problem in my database?

Hi,

There is no webtopay payment plugin in HikaShop by default.
From what I understand, your problem comes from that payment plugin, so you should ask the support of where you got that payment plugin so that they help you as we don't know how it works.
