Manual shipping ignoring total price

I've set manual shipping rates based on price. I've got several starting 0 - £10, £10.01 - £19.99 etc.

The problem is the 0 - £10.00 rate is being applied to all orders, no matter how much they cost in total.

One other thing, if I make this shipping rate £0.01 - £10.00 then I get "The total of your order is too low for all the possible shipping methods" message. It's like shipping is being calculated as if the total price is 0.

This has been built in 1.5.4 I've had to alter a lot of the template files bacause of all the hard-coded styling. Upgrading to 1.5.5 will cause me a lot of work.

Please make sure that the option "Include virtual products price" is turned on in your shipping methods options and try again.

...and thanks for the quick reply. I'm surprised not more people have had this problem, as I couldn't find a soltuion in the forum. Maybe it's just me who doesn't do instructions, ever.
