There is an option in sh404sef to append .html at the end of URLs. If you deactivate it, it might work.
You should ask sh404sef support regarding the fact that you get .html appended twice to the URL. That's not normal.
But I don't see why it would come from HikaShop.

But since it is only one component hikashop.

I have tried several other test component.

I noticed that the url hikashop may not support Thai language 100%.

I must say that we didn't test sh404sef and HikaShop with thai language.
I don't see why it wouldn't work though.
Maybe you could try to switch the handler for HikaShop to the router file. That can be done here:

If you test it first. You will understand the problem.

This problem occurs when using sh404sef.

The problems were.

1 url checkout.
2. Url certain items.

But I have discovered a way to solve the problem.

If you are permitting the subject distinguishes my thai language forum to help answer questions for the Thai people. I use hikashop.

And a bug report for the url, which I found to be caused by anything.
