checkout refresh problem

Hi,
I am using the latest version hikashop (1.5.6) and I have been very happy setting it up, but have come to a problem with refresh under checkout.

If shipping cost change due to new quantity then after refresh shipping is no longer included in Cart total or (depending on checkout flow) I get a message

Please configure your payment methods
No payment methods found

This I find strange - Payment methods is found by checkout the first time by not after change in quantity (and consequently shipping cost) and refreshing. I have tried different checkout flow with no success.

You must have selected your shipping method in your payment method. Because of that, when no shipping methods are found, the payment methods are not displayed either.
Then, you must also have configured the shipping method in a way which makes the system to not display it in some circumstances. The best is to check the FAQ here:
