Hikashop affilate program problem

I try to enable Hikashop affilate progran and create baner.
URL: domain.com/?friend_id=1 from user A
Then i register new user B from this url

Made a new order by User B change it status to shipped, and nothing happend with User A bonus it still 0

How can i track refferal user id in system while new partner is registering?

System plugin is enabled.

What's wrong?

I found user_partner_id in hikashop_user table
and it 0 at all users.

What's wrong?
How can i track ths bug?

i try to manually change user_partner_id in hikashop user table, to referral's user id

user A has a id=1
user B has a id=88

i try to set at user B user_partner_id to 1. nothing changed

what i do wrong? how i shoud diagnose the problem?

Hi,

The partner for orders do not use these fields for sales fees but the order_partner_xxx fields of the hikashop_order table.

If you go in the Affiliate->Clicks menu, do you see the click of your user B ?
If you look in the cookies of the browser of user B, do you see an affiliate cookie for your website ?
If yes, it means that the system detected the user B as being an affiliate of the other user. Otherwise, edit the user A via the HikaShop customers listing and make sure that the affiliate program is activated for him.
