Right.
This query is the last one run in the update process. If you install a second time, you won't get the error and you won't have any drawbacks. The goal of this query is to disable the old geolocation plugin as we created a new one which doesn't overwrite the old one as it's in another plugin group. You can just manually disable it via the joomla plugin manager.
