Re: Australia Post Rates - Hikashop 1.5.5 + J1.7.3

I am selecting a product to purchase which should be shipped by Australia Post but am getting the message
"The cart items combined weight is too big for all the possible shipping methods"

The weight of the product is only 60g and dimensions are small

What else might trigger this message that I can look at? I have switched off all manual shipping methods to test out and nothing happens - its as if the Aussie post plugin is not even there.

Please don't post the same question over several threads. We have to answer to each one and loose time we could spend answering other questions. Thank you.
