When user registers most of the time they are blocked by system. If you look under
www.mywebsite.com/administrator/index.ph...com_users&view=users
users are disabled and users keep emailing us to say that our system have blocked them and they have done nothing but just registered with us.
That's probably because you have activated the user account confirmation under the options of the user manager of Joomla.
Turn it off and users won't be blocked when they register...
