Bug in new/edit address

The bug occurred when changing version to "bussinnes" if I want to add address, the "iframe" is blank
the URL iframe is :
index.php/store/address/add/redirect-checkout/step-0/type-billing/tmpl-component
what is the Error?

I would tend to say that both are not related.
If you deactivate the SEF of the joomla configuration, does that solve the problem ?
