403 Error

Hello--

We are getting 403 errors when our users try to select a product with options. If the product has no options, it is added to the cart. It is only the items with options. We are using 1.5.7, the Essentials version.

We cannot reproduce the error when we tested the store, as it did not happen for us as 'Super Users', but it can be reproduced for our standard Joomla users.

We do not have SEO enabled in Joomla.

We don't have such problems on our end.

Could you give a link to such page so that we ca see the problem ?

I don't see any 403 error on your website.
When I click on "choose options" OR the link to a product, it asks me to login in order to access the product page.
That's not something which is done by HikaShop.

Did you modify something in HikaShop in order to have that redirect ?

No, the menu assignment in the content module was wrong.
