in this product have the Characteristic "6, 7, 8" and only 6 exist in stock

when the page finish load . show the Characteristic "6" = "vendido" . but you open the list and change for example "8" or "7" and selec again "6" now show is available the product.

the first impression of my client is the product not available.

You have only the values 6, 7 and 8. Please make sure that the default value of the characteristic for your product is available as a variant.

yes , the default value of the characteristic is not available . i change that now .
