Problem with HikaShop manual shipping plugin

After all configurations, i found a problem only with the manual shipping plugin.
The question:
If i do not use shipping plugins, all the process of the checkout works perfectly.
If i use any shipping plugins instead of the manual one, all works fine too.
If i use the manual plugin and define a shipping method for use, in the ckeckout process, i select that shipping method, the payement method, but when i confirm to ckeckout, the information of the shipping disapear and it's deselected.
Then i force the selection again, but when checkout it deselect it again.

I use the last version of HikaShop and joomla 1.5.26

Can you give a link to your shop so that we can see that ? A screenshot of the options of your manual shipping method would be great too.

In the shipping methods, i delete all of them and create a new one for testing:

Now i notice another strange thing:
If i only use the payement method, the process ends without problem.
Sample: login,address_payment_confirm_coupon_cart_status_fields,end
If i only use the shipping method it works fine too
Sample: login,address_shipping_confirm_coupon_cart_status_fields,end
If i use the payement method and other than manual shipping method it works, but if i use the manual shipping and the payement methos the error persists.
Sample: login,address_shipping_payment_confirm_coupon_cart_status_fields,end

It must be because in your payment plugin's options, you restricted it to only some shipping methods. Just unselect the selection there and it will display for all of the shipping methods.

unfortunatly there are no restritions. No items are selected.

Can you do a screenshot of your payment plugin's options ?

I checked again your website and I can now see both the shipping and the payment method on your checkout. It seems that it's working.

No. It's not working.
In the ckeckout process, i select an shipping method, then a payement method, but when i confirm to ckeckout, the information of the shipping disapear and it's deselected.

That's really strange. It seems to come either from a caching issue or from the session handler which would not save the selection.

Could you try to check that all the caching is turned off on your website:
Disable the cache in Joomla configuration.
Site -> global configuration -> system -> "Cache settings".
Disable, if it's enabled, a joomla cache plugin.
Check your template' options for a potential cache option and deactivate it.

If that's not the problem, try to change the session handler in the configuration of Joomla.

If that still does not solve the problem, please provide a back end access to your website so that we can look at the problem.

I'll check it right now.

Now i activate the australian plugin shipping method and the manual plugin.
If you could test you will see that if you choose an autralian option and then you change the payement option it will not deselect the shipping option. But, if you select one of the manual plugin and then you change the payement option it will deselect the shipping option you have selected :S

Cache it's now disabled, cleaned and purged.
System cache plugin disabled.
Testing right now.

I change now the session handler from database to None and it's now working perfectly
