UPS Shipping works with certain conditions

I am having issues with the UPS shipping only working when I add a certain catagoy item by it self or with another product... If I remove that cat item BUT leave the other items in the cart it zeros my shipping without it???

all products have weight and measures and dimensions in Lb and In

In your products, click in the "manage variants" button and make sure that each variant has a weight.
