Cannot to change pulldown menu item..

Hi , I was starter user , please take refenance from attachment for my problem, I cannot to change that I want to select item without member login, it should been sucess to select when I was login, what happen for this problem , is the access premission problem?? or something else?? You apparently have a characteristic inconsistency on that product.
Please do that and it should work:

1. Delete all the variants of the product on the listing of variants that you can access via the button "manage variants" on the product edition screen.
2. Delete the characteristics of the product.
3. Save the product.
4. Add the characteristics again.
5. The system will regenerate all the variants automatically and you should be able to see the dropdowns properly on the front end.

In fact, I already try to do your advice procude but the result is same.

the other item can work normal as my setting before, what the other chance or method to fix it???

Your previous link is not working anymore and the new one doesn't have the problem.

Do you have by any chance a module which is displayed only for logged in users, or only for anonymous users ? That might explain why you don't always have the problem.
Or it could also be a caching problem since caching is automatically deactivated when logged in. So you should check that all the caching is disabled on your website.
