Hello, I am having the same problem but it only hides the shipping method when I enter a minimum value. If I set this to zero then not a problem I can see the shipping method. If I set it at anything above zero then the shipping method is not shown.

None of my products have a weight listed, interesting if I say 'Yes' to "Include virtual product price" then it never shows the shipping method.

Thank you but I have been down that list already and no joy. I have added a part to my cart, the value of the part is £60.00 and the system will only show me the 2 shipping methods which are £0-£50.

Then if you couldn't find which point of the FAQ was the problem, please post a screenshot of each shipping methods options and of your product settings so that we can see what you're doing wrong.

Mmm. I don't understand your problem actually.

If you have one product costing £60 in your cart, it's normal that you only see during the checkout the Royal Mail and Royal Mail tracked shipping methods for the price range £50-£100.

The goal of the price ranges IS to not display the shipping method outside that range.

So I don't understand what you want to do ? Because if you want to display them all during the checkout, just don't set any price range in them and they will all display.

My aim is to only show the shipping methods which are in that price range. I understand that it normal for it to only show the shipping method between price range of £50-£100. But mine doesn't, it will ONLY show the £0-£50. Which I don't want.

The price ranges are not working.

As you can see from this screen shot, for some reason it will not show the next shipping bracket and keeps showing the wrong one.

Hi

Just make sure that either you have a weight specified in your products or that the option "Include virtual product price" of all your shipping methods is turned on and that should work properly.
If the option "Include virtual product price" does work for you for some strange reason, just set a weight in your product and that will definitely make it work.
