JFTP::write: Bad response on Upload

Hi

I don't know if this is a bug or my general ignorance, but when I try to upload a category image, although it loads successfully, I get the following message:

JFTP::write: Bad response

I can upload images normally on Media Manager with no problem at all so as far as I can see, it is only with Hikashop that I have this issue.

Please could you help or offer any advice? :kiss:

Hi,

The only difference with the media manager is that the folder is different. You should check the access rights of the folder media/com_hikashop/upload

HikaShop uses the joomla functions to handle that so it's independent from us...

The CHMOD is 755 for that particular folder.

Try to put it to 777.

I have changed it and upgraded to 1.4.4 and the problem seems to have been resolved.
