price_value_with_tax Posts to wrong field

In 2.0 the price_value_with_tax column was introduced however it is posting to the price_value field instead of price_value_with_tax

There is no price_value_with_tax column in the database, even in 2.0. In 2.0, we introduced the possibility to import a CSV with such column name. The price_value is then derived from the price_value_with_tax column of the CSV and inserted in the database.
If you get the same amount in the price_value entry of the database when importing, it means that you didn't configure your taxes properly.
