background error on customer panel

hi,

i have joomla 2.5 and Hikashop Essentiels

here is what my customers see when they get on the user panel or customer panel





how can i fix this ? a blank back ground will be enough so maybe i just need to know where this background image comes from an i delete it on my server

Hi,

I think that the problem come from your template.
Check if there is not an image like the image displayed in your template images folder, and you should find a background: url('youImage.path'); in the template css file.
