'Add to cart' popup notice not working

Hi,

I set "After a product is added to the cart" to "Stay and display a popup notice", but it doesn't work. I've added "<jdoc:include type="message" />" to template file. May you help me plz?

i also have this problem but when i click use ajax when possible to yes the popup shows error 404 page not found

I'm trying to solve the problem trough your back-end but when I'm loging in, I find a blank page but not your back-end.

A blank page does not help us to determine what could be the problem so if you get a blank page (an entire white screen without anything written on it), please make sure that your PHP configuration enables you to see errors and if not, edit your php.ini file and search for the string parameter display_errors.
This parameter should be turned On : display_errors = On.
If it's not the case, please edit your php.ini file, modify this line, save your file and then restart your server and try again to install HikaShop. You should not see a blank screen anymore and the error message will help us a lot to fix the problem.
If you can not see any error, please try to install HikaShop via FTP, it solves more than half of the installation issues.

i got your email but to login to that site you have to go into www.acoustiquemedicaleschwartz.com/spark...inistrator/index.php
and not www.acoustiquemedicaleschwartz.com/administrator/index.php

it is very strange what is happening i did turn on Use AJAX when possible
for add to cart buttons but then it only adds to one of the cart is it normal?
Also if i put the products as the home page than when i get to add to cart popup notice it doesn't work you can check it by clicking on home in www.acoustiquemedicaleschwartz.com/sparkle/ you wont be able to get the popup notice but if you click on products in the same page than you will yes be able to see the popup notice i dont really understand what it means??? thank you

Can you try to enable the debug mode of Joomla and tell us what is the error returned ?

i think the problem is that if i go through the default page to get to the product the url is not the same than if i go through a normal page like products for ex

This error message is a little bit strange.
Do you have the file "components/com_hikashop/views/checkout/tmpl/notice.php" ?
