Error on Ireland Registration

Error on Ireland Registration was created by billysname
I just noticed that on the Ireland Registration section there is 2 county Monaghans, one is supposed to be County Monaghan and the other is supposed to be County Mayo. How would I go about changing that? Is that something due to hikashop or is it from joomla ? Thanks for your help in advance.

The one highlighted in the image above is supposed to be County Mayo

You can change it in HikaShop > System > Zones.
